The Children's Trust has completed its annual review of our Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP).

During 2009-10, the Children's Trust will ensure that each priority in the CYPP has a detailed action plan.  The action plans will set out how, along with our partners, we will improve our performance on the priorities.  The plan sets out specific priorities for partners around the 5 outcomes:

1. Be healthy
2. Be safe
3. Enjoy and achieve
4. Positive contribution to community and environment
5. Achieve economic and social well being

The refreshed Children and Young People's plan also includes a number of cross-cutting priorities which will have a positive impact on the Every Child Matters outcomes for children and young people.
